Product Description and Application

MT-602 is a high-molecular composite salt specially developed by our company for enterprises failing to meet hypophosphite treatment standards. When used in electroless nickel plating wastewater, this product can achieve the Table 3 requirements for electroplating in a single treatment for total phosphorus.

Sodium hypophosphite is a widely used chemical raw material that serves as a reducing agent in electroless nickel plating. Current water treatment processes, including conventional adsorption, chemical oxidation, and biological methods, fail to meet environmental requirements for total phosphorus removal. MT-602 can fully react with hypophosphite under the action of a catalyst and remove total phosphorus through co-precipitation.

The theoretical dosage of MT-602 is approximately 10 times the hypophosphite content.

Dosage and Usage Requirements

To achieve optimal results, a beaker test should be conducted prior to use to determine the dosage.

Experimental procedure: Take a certain amount of hypophosphite wastewater and divide it into several portions. Add different quantities of MT-602 to each portion, then add SYS as a catalyst. Stir for 30 minutes, adjust the pH to around 5.0 with sodium hydroxide, add PAM for flocculation and sedimentation, and measure the total phosphorus content in the supernatant to determine the dosage of MT-602.

Packaging Specifications

The solid product is packaged in double-layer kraft paper bags (lined with plastic film), with a conventional packaging of 25 kg/bag.
